How to make a cake topper?
We’re doing an owl-themed party for my daughter’s 1st birthday, and I was thinking of making an owl cake topper (because an owl-shaped cake is waaaay too ambitious for me). Can anyone tell me the best material to use for a non-edible cake topper? I’ll probably end up painting it somehow. Any suggestions?
