How much would a small Celtic design tattoo cost on the upper arm.?
I am looking into tattoo prices in NZ and there is no tattooing shop in the place of my residence, so i have to travel to get my tattoo, would like a breif idea of the cost before i get it though.
the artist decides the price. usually just by a visual estimate and their repuatation. if they are good, it might cost more. if its simple, they can do it faster and better , they might charge you the same. depends solely on the artist.
